Cancellation & Refund Policy
In partnership with our reliable service partners, Quest Guide India aims to provide outstanding services, such as personalized tour packages, hotel bookings, transfers, excursions, activities, meetings, events, and conferences. We respect these service providers' terms and conditions, but we're nevertheless dedicated to reducing any losses our customers might sustain as a result of cancellations. Our comprehensive cancellation and refund policies are listed below:
Cancellation Policy for Private Tours
- Cancellations made more than 1 month before the travel date: Full refund (Service & Processing fee of ₹1,000 per person applies).
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the travel date: 25% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the travel date: 50% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date or no-show: No refund.
Cancellation Policy for Group Tours
- Cancellations made more than 1 month before the travel date: 15% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the travel date: 50% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the travel date: 75% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date or no-show: No refund.
Cancellation Policy for Hotel & Resort Bookings
Note: Certain hotels have particular cancellation policies or don't offer refunds. Before making a reservation, please confirm.
- Cancellations made more than 1 month before the travel date: Full refund (Service & Processing fee of ₹500 applies).
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the travel date: 25% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the travel date: 50% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date or no-show: No refund
Cancellation Policy for Sightseeing & Excursions
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the travel date: Full refund (Service & Processing fee of ₹250 per person applies).
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the travel date: 15% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made 2–6 days before the travel date: 25% of the package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the travel date or no-show: No refund
General Terms for Cancellations and Refunds
- Requests for cancellations must be made in writing or by email using the registered email address that was used when making the reservation. To start the process, send us an email at reservation@andaman.vacations
- Within 10 business days, refunds will be made using the original payment method. Refund monies will not be subject to interest.
- Additional costs resulting from booking cancellations or services not included in the package are not Quest Guide India's responsibility.
- The tour will be deemed canceled and there won't be any reimbursement if the customer stops going for personal reasons.
- If a customer behaves inappropriately or fails to maintain decorum, Quest Guide India retains the right to cancel any reservation or trip. In these situations, no reimbursement or compensation will be given.

- As stated under this policy, cancelation will occur if full payment is not received.
Liability and Exceptions
- If flights or other transportation services not covered by the package are canceled, delayed, or rescheduled, Quest Guide India is not responsible.
- Weather-related cancellations or additional costs resulting from strikes, natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure occurrences are not our responsibility.
- Although we have no control over any missed or shortened tour due to unanticipated events, we will try to adjust or reschedule in accordance with the rules of the relevant service provider.
